Harpoon Brewery Boston is a great brewery to visit in sea port area. Enjoy their beers and share some freshly made pretzel!

Brewery description and vibe

Harpoon Brewery Boston is located on the east side of Sea Port. The site has a large and very nice taproom with food available. Since Covid a beer garden is available during the summer months. In the brewery you will also find a cool merch section for souvenir of your visit which can include a paid brewery tour (check the brewery web site for more info). What we really like at Harpoon is the pretzel. They are baked on site and comes with two sauces (IPA chees, bacon ranch,….). The sweet pretzel with cinnamon, caramel and maple syrup butter is one of the best desert you can share in Boston.

Beers

The beer selection in the taproom contains all the usual Harpoon beers, and a selection of their others brands: UFO, Clown Shoes, Catamounts. The Clown Shoes and the Catamounts beers are usually the most interesting beers to try.

Activities around

The brewery is in the Sea Port area which is very nice to visit. If you want a longer hike we recommend one of the loop to Castle Island available in our hikes section.
